FAQs
Questions? Ask Away.
How big is it?
Short has two bulbs, Tall has three. Both are bud-vase scale: one stem and a small footprint, not a centrepiece.
Can I put more than one stem in it?
The neck is narrow, so one stem, or two very thin ones. It is designed as a bud vase rather than a bouquet vase.
When will it arrive?
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and arrive in 7 to 14 business days. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.
What if it arrives broken?
Email support@cozmere.com with a photo and we send a replacement free. Everything is also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Everyday, Elevated
