FAQs
Questions? Ask Away.
What size candle does it take?
A standard tealight (about 38 mm) or a small votive. It is not a taper holder.
Is the glass perfect?
It is pressed glass. Small bubbles or a faint seam line are normal and are what the moulding process leaves behind.
When will it arrive?
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and arrive in 7 to 14 business days. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.
What if it arrives broken?
Email support@cozmere.com with a photo and we send a replacement free. Everything is also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Everyday, Elevated
